About Me

Stationary Runner
I'm a mom, graduate student, and gluten-free, wanna-be vegan (the vegan part isn't sticking too well). I've long struggled with anxiety and depression. Now I'm trying to use running to help mitigate those symptoms. Instead of running for fitness or weight loss, I'm running for my emotional well-being. I USED to do most of my workouts on the treadmill - hence the blog title. But now I spend a lot more time training outside.
